Our cohort model guides a leader through 2 years of robust and contextual training that focuses on the holistic formation and preparation of the planter.

We create spaces to gather, network, learn, and grow during your two year journey. This is done online and in-person.
Network
Every planter in our training receives an Advisory Team of fellow Multiply Partners who help guide them in their planting journey.
Planter training
Our Planter training takes a leader through 2 years of robust and contextual training. Our planters will be led through personal leadership development, team dynamics, community engagement, team gathering, & support through public launch. Training is completed through a combination of online learning and two in-person retreats a year.

Planters who are accepted into the Multiply training program will be eligible to receive both seed funds to cover the costs related to the two years of training, as well as tier funding based on region and context.
