АЭРОПОРТЫ

The nearest airport for travel to retreat is :

1. Charlotte Douglas International Airport: CLT (35 minute uber/taxi to Grace Covenant Church)

Transport Options:

Rental Cars and Uber are the best option for getting around town.  Talk with your cohort members to see about ride sharing! Please remember that ground transportation during retreat is the planters responsibility and not reimbursable by Multiply. Ensure that you plan your travel accordingly to be able to participate in all of the scheduled retreat sessions.

We will be staying at a hotel that is 8 minutes away from the retreat location (Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Lake Norman).

We are handling hotels slightly different than at past retreats. This new way allows each of you to book your rooms for the specific time frame you need, make edits if something changes, and receive your booking number right away!

Book your room for Foursquare Multiply Fall Planter Cohort Retreat

As part of the retreat, Foursquare Multiply will cover the cost of your guest room and room taxes through our master hotel bill. You will not be responsible for paying for your room stay.  We will cover Thursday and Friday night of retreat (11/19-11/20), as well as a travel day on Wednesday (11/18) or Saturday (11/21) if needed.  During the reservation process, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card and will see the full room cost displayed on your reservation. This is standard hotel practice.

What to Expect

1. Click the hotel reservation link.
2. Select your room and complete the reservation.
3. Enter a credit or debit card when prompted.
4. You will see the full room cost displayed in your reservation confirmation. This is expected and does not mean you will be charged for the room. This is to hold the reservation, and you will not see a charge on your card after completing the reservation.
5. Your room charges will be added to the Foursquare Multiply master bill.
6. At check-in, the hotel will place a temporary hold on your card for incidentals according to their standard policies. This is the only time you will see a temporary charge on your card, which will be removed if you do not spend any money on incidentals (i.e. room service, parking etc.)

Important Reminders:

• The room cost displayed during booking will not be charged to your card.
• The charges for your room will be added to the Foursquare Multiply master bill before the event.
• Your card is required only to guarantee the reservation and cover any personal incidental expenses (parking, room service, hotelpurchases, etc.).
• The hotel will place a temporary hold on your card for incidentals at check-in, according to their standard policy.

If you are planning on extending your stay past what is covered with retreat your card on file will be charged for the additional days.

A hot continental Breakfast is included at the hotel as part of your stay. Lunch + Dinner will be provided during the retreat.

Наш осенний ретрит пройдет в Grace Covenant Church in Cornelius, NC (Address: 17301 Statesville Rd. Cornelius, NC 28031). Please note that the retreat location is not within walking distance of the hotel.  It is best accessed via uber/taxi/rental car.

• Будет ли предоставляться питание во время ретрита? Yes, Lunch and Dinner will be provided during the retreat. A hot continental Breakfast is included with your stay at the Hotel.  If you have any food allergies please note that on your registration as we will do our best to accommodate.

• Есть ли услуги по уходу за детьми и могу ли я привезти своих детей на ретрит? К сожалению, из-за ограничений, существующих в каждом месте, мы не можем предоставить услуги по уходу за детьми, и вы не можете приводить детей на очные занятия. • Что мне надеть на ретрит? Whatever you feel most comfortable in! This is not a formal gathering nor is there a dress code.  We do recommend bringing comfortable shoes to walk, as well as a jacket with a hood as it can get cold/rainy! Check the forecast before coming to help with packing other clothing items - layers this time of year can be helpful.

• Что покрывается при отступлении? We cover your hotel and meals during the retreat.  We cover your flight to/from retreat. (if married, we cover the flight for your spouse to attend as well). We also cover these meals during retreat:

• Planters are responsible for covering their transportation to/from the retreat, this is not reimbursed by Multiply.

Мы не можем возмещать средства напрямую физическим лицам. Для получения возмещения необходимо предоставить чек в течение 45 дней с момента покупки. • Как добраться из аэропорта до места проведения ретрита + из отеля до места проведения ретрита? Uber or Rental Cars will be the easiest way to get from the airport to Grace Covenant Church for retreat registration on Thursday. Planters are responsible to get themselves to/from the retreat, this is not reimbursed by Multiply.

• Jetton Park – Scenic lakefront park with paved walking trails, picnic areas, and some of the best views of Lake Norman. Perfect for a morning walk or quiet reflection time. (Jettonpark)

• Davidson Main Street – Charming college town located just minutes from Cornelius. Explore local shops, coffee houses, restaurants, and the beautiful campus of Davidson College. (DowntownDavidson)

• Lake Norman State Park – About 30 minutes north of Cornelius, offering miles of hiking and biking trails, lakeside scenery, and outdoor recreation. (ncparks.gov)

• Charlotte Uptown – Only about 25-30 minutes away. Visit the city's walkable downtown area, museums, parks, restaurants, and sports venues. (southernliving.com)
