Forming Vision & Core Team

As we’re given eyes to see a city as God does and build relationships with the people of that city, how do we begin to discern the type of community God is calling us to start? In partnership with that, once a community has begun to form, how do we work to set God-directed goals and healthy team dynamics for the growing community to serve the city in the unique way God has called?

In Training 3, we will engage with robust content and process how to discern the unique commission for the people and place you are uniquely positioned to reach. We’ll flesh out what it looks like for your core team to develop Spirit- empowered goals, practices, and habits to dynamically facilitate a flourishing community.
